Q: Can you share a moment or accomplishment in your career that you%u2019re particularly proud of?Just recently, our team crossed over 2 billion dollars in assets under management. I%u2019m particularly proud of this accomplishment because it took us 14 years to cross $1 billion, and less than 14 months later, it was doubled to $2 billion. For me, the greatest accomplishments of my career have been a result of my loyal team, and amazing clients. Nothing that we have been able to achieve would have been possible without the trust and confidence that they have in us. Q: Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently in building your career? My journey to where I am today has been long, grueling, and difficult. With that being said, there is nothing that I would change at all. By clawing our way from the ground-up, we%u2019ve been able to gain knowledge, experience, and perspective that sets us apart. For me, it is all about the journey. I%u2019ve been able to watch not only myself, but every other member of our team grow through the trials we%u2019ve had, and it%u2019s scary to think of where we could be in the next 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, and beyond. Q: Looking ahead, what do you see as the biggest opportunities or challenges for wealth management in the coming years, and how is Morgan Stanley preparing for them?Morgan Stanley believes Financial Advisors like myself are the center of our wealth management ecosystem, and all new technologies like AI are evaluated through that lens. So for us, it%u2019s about leveraging AI to help us deliver for our clients, become more efficient and scale our business. The AI@ Morgan Stanley Assistant helps us do just that, enabling us to search and analyze our vast amounts of intellectual capital in seconds. 38 MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 45
