Q: When did you first realize you wanted to pursue a career as a designer?I come from a family with a tailoring business, so I%u2019ve always been surrounded by fabrics and l was exposed to the world of design from a young age. As I grew older, I found myself drawn to the creative process and the ability to bring my ideas to life through clothing. That%u2019s when I realized I wanted to pursue a career as a designer and make my mark in the fashion industry. The passion to create something unique and impactful has been with me ever since.Q: What is your favorite part about being a designer?There are so many things I love about being a designer! But if I had to pick one, I would say my favorite part is seeing my designs come to life. It%u2019s such a thrilling feeling to take an idea from a sketch on paper to a wearable piece of art. I get satisfied when I see someone wearing and enjoying something that I%u2019ve created.Q: If you could go back and tell yourself one thing before beginning your career, what would it be?If I could go back and give myself one piece of advice before starting my career as a designer, it would be to trust my instincts and believe in my own unique vision. There will be moments of doubt and challenges along the way, but staying true to myself and my creative voice will always lead me in the right direction. It%u2019s important to remember that everyone%u2019s journey is different, and comparison can be a creativity killer. So, I would tell myself to embrace my individuality, stay focused, and never stop learning and growing.Q: How do you want women to feel when wearing your clothes?want women to feel absolutely amazing when they wear my dresses! I strive to create designs that empower and uplift, making women feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. Seeing a woman radiate joy and confidence in one of my dresses is the ultimate reward for me as a designer.Q: Is your design made for certain women and body size?My designs are created for women of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. I strongly believe that fashion should be inclusive and embrace diversity. Each body is unique and beautiful in its own way, and my goal as a designer is to celebrate and enhance that beauty. Fashion is for everyone, and I want all women to feel represented and empowered when wearing my designs.Q: Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in so many places! Nature is a big one for me. The colors, textures, and patterns found in the natural world often spark my creativity. Flowers are such a beautiful source of inspiration, too. The vibrant colors, delicate petals, and unique shapes of flowers have a way of evoking emotions and capturing the essence of beauty. It%u2019s amazing how nature can produce such intricate and breathtaking creations.Q: How do you keep up with the pressure and come out with your greatest collection season afterseason?The pressure can definitely be intense, but it%u2019s all part of the creative process! To keep up with it, I make sure to give myself time for self-care and recharge my creative energy. Collaborating with my supportive team also makes a big difference. We bounce ideas off each other and support one another through the ups and downs. And of course, I always keep an eye on the latest trends because it%u2019s important to stay informed and constantly push myself to think outside the box.12 MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 45
