                                    Q: What strategies do you use to help clients overcome plateaus in their training?First we figure out why it%u2019s happening and then I make adjustments accordingly. Q: How do you stay current with the latest fitness trends and research? I read, I research, and I surround myself with other coaches that are smarter and even more seasoned than myself. Q: What advice do you have for beginners who are just starting their fitness journey? Start! The changes you are looking for won%u2019t happen if you never start. I also advise them to research and learn as they are taught by their coach; with that make sure you choose a coach that genuinely wants the best for you. This is your body and your health. Lastly, ENJOY your journey and celebrate your wins no matter how small they seem at the time. Q: What are your long-term goals as a fitness professional, and how do you plan to achieve them? I%u2019m currently working on earning my IFBB Pro card for one. I want to continue helping as many people as I can through my coaching find their strength; physically and mentally. And I see The Fit Traveler Collection%u00ae%ufe0f and The Fit Traveler Retreats%u00ae%ufe0f becoming household names that help others along their fitness journey.
