Exclusive InterviewQ: How do you keep yourself motivated?I work on that in the process, enjoying every stage or proposed goal, seeking motivation in every training session, in every varied meal plan, in every change I notice in my body. Q: What is your personal opinion about the figure, fitness, bodybuilding industry we are in? Anything you would like to see changed?I believe that the parameters could be better established so that athletes can focus their preparations better. That%u2019s why I like my role as a judge; I consider that the judge guides the parameters, as we choose the champions. Q: From the shows you have competed so far during your career in which one was the best (or most fun) for you and why?I really enjoyed every participation in the Mr. Olympia and the Arnold. They are unique experiences where the athlete feels rewarded for the achievement, and in addition to that, we have the unique opportunity to share with sports lovers from all over the world. Q: What is your idea of what judges want in a figure competitor?They seek equitable muscle development between upper and lower limbs, a minimum level of fat, and good condition above all in shoulders, back, thighs, and glutes, a good waistline, maintaining a healthy appearance in the face, elegance, and charisma on stage. Q: What made you interested in becoming a NUTRITIONIST?My interest in nutrition began before becoming an athlete, as I always took care of my appearance and was interested in finding a balance in habits. My dad was diagnosed with diabetes, which generated more interest in the subject at a young age. Q: How do you tailor a balanced meal plan for your clients?I work with personalized plans for my patients based on their needs, taking into account their goal, lifestyle, level of activity, and food availability, seeking to provide solutions to everyday problems so that they improve and feel comfortable in the process.
