                                    Q: You have a really beautiful shape, and your condi- tioning for the competition really stands out. How do you maintain your shape as you age? I have honestly never taken a break from staying in shape my whole life. I am waiting for my age to catch up to me, and I feel so grateful that I don%u2019t see signs of aging yet with my body on the outside; how- ever, I am definitely noticing the wear and tear with how I feel. I can look 20, but still feel my age, right? Q: In your opinion, can you improve your fitness at any age? I would be willing to make a bold statement here, and say that it is a fact that you can improve your fitness at any age! It is literally NEVER too late to improve your physique. I started my career out of grad school working in a senior living center, and I saw adults in their 80%u2019s and 90%u2019s working out for the first time %u2013 and getting results!Q: Tell us about your body transformation methodology? For body transformations, I like to help people discover the transformation that happens from within. Most people go into a body transformation thinking that it%u2019s the body transforming they are fantasizing about %u2013 however, you truly change as a person along the way. The way you operate as a whole changes. You become someone who follows through; someone who succeeds; and someone who does not give up when things get tough. It%u2019s a truly deep road to discovery.Q: What%u2019s your exercise schedule like now? I wake up every morning and do 30%u201340 minutes of fast cardio on my elliptical. Later in the day (after about 3 meals), I train a specific body part. My split training is 6-7 days/week.
