On the WB%u2019s The Flash, now in its third season, this fresh new talent plays the first female speedster, Jesse Quick. Daughter to Tom Cavanagh%u2019s, Dr. Harry Wells, she boasts super human speed, strength and flight. Born in St Petersburg Florida, Violett%u2019s family soon relocated to Austin Texas where she now lovingly calls home. Austin, best known for embracing an eclectic musical and artful scene seemed the perfect place for this rising star to get her start. A plum audition for HBO%u2019s The Leftover%u2019s would quickly change the course of Viloett%u2019s future dramatically. With supportive family and friends in her corner she would go on to land the role of missing girl Taylor Truitt. Beyond acting, Violett is passionate about spreading a positive message regarding a myriad of issues that are important to her. MOST Celebrity spoke with the peace advocate about her pet rabbit Milo, being raised Quaker and spreading love and kindness to all those she meets. We look forward to watching this Violett flourish. Keep Austin Weird%u2026having moved to Austin at the highly impressionable age of ten, can you share with Most Celebrity readers, just how weird are we talking?The city is incredibly expressive. Art isn%u2019t only allowed, but encouraged in all forms. You can walk down any major street in Austin on any given day, and there will be ten different bands playing every type of music imaginable. You can walk out of your house in any neighborhood and see a naked bicyclist. There%u2019s a huge cement hill covered in graffiti that serves as an interactive art exhibit sitting on one of the most expensive lots of land downtown. And you%u2019ll see half the city braving the ice cold water of Barton Springs on New Year%u2019s at the Polar Bear Plunge!Having immersed yourself in theater and acting at an early age, what made acting turn from a school activity into the desire to make it a career?I had been in school plays all throughout middle and high school, so I always knew I loved acting and being on stage. My junior year of high school, the board hired a new theatre coach and let%u2019s just say, we were not fast friends. In fact, I didn%u2019t get cast in a single play after his arrival, not even in the ensemble. I was missing that creative release so I ventured out and found my own form
