PH: I feel like there are so many training programs out there; you can literally google all kinds of fitness information these days and find just about anything you are looking for online, but how do you know what works and what doesn%u2019t? My program is not only the program that I do, but I also work with you throughout your program every step of the way! MFM: Most people have the desire to exercise but don%u2019t find the time, how did you manage to balance your life and find consistency to exercise? PH: I pull a lot of late nighters. Trust me, every day I don%u2019t wake up feeling motivated to eat healthy or to go to the gym, but at the end of every single day, I know the only one accountable for me is me. MFM: What Supplements fuel Paige Hathaway the most? PH: I%u2019ve been using Shredz Products for over three years now. I use the daily vitamin every day.
