Most Fitness spoke to the USC graduate and highly sought after fitness expert about those sick abs and how she delivers a personal brand of authenticity you can trust. Hailing from Carmel California, the Conrad%u2019s were a tightly knit family with a focus on school and sports. Along with her brother, playing every sport imaginable, Ashley started with soccer at the age of four. From that moment on her parents never missed a single swim meet, baseball game, softball game, basketball tournament or track meet. %u201cIt is pretty amazing to think about the level of dedication they had, supporting my brother and me, through everything.%u201d Her mother%u2019s beautiful smile translates to the beautiful person that she is. %u201cShe would give you the shirt off her back and is truly the exact picture of everything a mom should be.%u201d Being in business for the last 45 years, Ashely%u2019s supportive father and mentor has been guiding her personally and professionally every day of her life. In high school, Conrad was pretty good at basketball, among other things. The local media even covered her games. Around the start of junior year, the press started calling her %u201cClutch basketball star Ashely Conrad.%u201d The moniker stems from the players uncanny ability to nail gamewinning shots with precision in high-pressure situations. Shortly after starting her unique brand of fitness in Los Angeles, Ashely kept getting calls from agents and managers panicking because their clients only had a couple of weeks to transform for a role or shoot. Finding herself, yet again, in high-pressure situations and being asked to do in two weeks what would normally take 8-12 weeks, she recalls those early days on the basketball court. Essentially, she was transforming the body from the inside out just like an auto body shop. After marrying the two together, she arrived at the Clutch BodyShop.
