School starts back up, the last of vacations are underway, and seasonal changes mean different workouts and diets. With all of this is in mind we selected a fresh crop of fitness elites to help guide you through this time and offer inspiration to keep going. This month MOST Fitness continues our dedicated coverage of fitness trends and those in the community continuing to reach new limits. As always our celebrities come from different backgrounds with a plethora of approaches to living healthy lifestyles; mind, body, and spirit. Racing to the cover this month is an athlete that refuses to slow down. We laced up our writers to speak with Sanya Richards-Ross. With many gold medals under her belt from the 2012 Summer Olympics, Richards-Ross spoke with us about her preparations for the upcoming Olympics next year in Rio de Janeiro. Throw her in a heat with anyone, and this runner will leave them in the dust. Trust us you don%u2019t want to even try. MOST Fitness is lucky to have an athlete of such caliber come to our September issue, and we thank her immensely for taking the time to stop by. Off the track and into the chef%u2019s kitchen, we spoke with celebrity chef and all-around wonderful human Carla Hall. Ms. Hall is a twotime Top Chef competitor and currently sits on our favorite daytime show, The Chew. The always humble and generous Hall shared stories of her time on television, her journey to open her first restaurant, and a delish dish that%u2019s guaranteed to leave you satisfied. After reading her interview you%u2019ll be scrambling to get more of Carla Hall, we recommend watching her past seasons on Top Chef %u2013 you won%u2019t be disappointed. This month we continue to connect our readers with the very best trainers and fitness experts. Ashley Conrad is no exception. Training the very best around Hollywood, Conrad broke onto the training scene with her now world-renowned program: Cluth. Not convinced? She%u2019s trained celebrities like Bradley Cooper, Kate Hudson, and P. Diddy. Other women making their debut this month are Amber Day and Gina Aliotti. Day is a tough competitor, rising to the title of Ms. Bikini Universe. Aliotti not far behind, earning her IFBB Pro status and coming first in the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic. It%u2019s not just the awards that set these women apart from the rest. Both Aliotti and Day dedicate themselves to helping others reach their fitness goals.We hope you aren%u2019t surprised to see Sandy Hill in this issue. Ms. Hill is a champion of strength, having just competed in the 2015 CrossFit Games. Everyone has either heard of crossfit or is an active participant in the training program. This being the case, you know how tough Hill is to compete in these games. Another competitor we can%u2019t stop talking about this month is the truly remarkable Justine Moore. Courageous in more ways than one, Moore shared with MOST about her time competing with anxiety. We thank Justine for her strength %u2013 both mental and physical %u2013 and sharing her journey as a competitor with you all.Don%u2019t worry, we didn%u2019t forget to mention Vlad Yudin. You have either heard his name, his work, or maybe even both. Distinguished filmmaker Vlad Yudin sat down with our staff to share the secrets behind some of his work and the way he approaches working with others in the fitness community.
