On the cusp of opening their first major facility in Los Angeles%u2019s Arts District, these are exciting times. The new facility will contain an invite-only training club, retail, and global offices. Retail will offer their signature products to allow their clients to live the Clutch BodyShop lifestyle and transform. When discussing lessons learned, the fitness trainer is forthright. Having made mistakes along the way, Ashely takes pride in getting back up, dusting herself off and thinking, %u201cHow can I learn from this so that it never happens again?%u201d She prefers taking accountability for every situation, not just the ones that she caused. The biggest mistake people can make in life is blaming the person who burned them. With her can-do attitude, she asks herself, %u201cWhat could I have done better to avoid this situation; why didn%u2019t I see sooner, that this was this person%u2019s intention?%u201d For this reason, Ashley has learned from every mistake and has used them to elevate herself to a higher level of success.Being the CEO of her company is a labor of love that reflects in her drive, passion, and a fierce dedication. Over the last two years, Ashley has brought in three business partners; her brother, Amber Elizabeth Dodzweit, and Greg Alterman. Her brother runs the Clutch accounting. Amber, a boss in the industry, is not only a star Clutch BodyShop Athlete but is extremely smart and runs a lot of the accounting, shipping, and logistics alongside Ashely%u2019s brother. As a team they all %u201cjam on all our marketing.%u201d Greg has been a close personal friend for ten years and is the founder and CEO of the mega-successful clothing brand Alternative Apparel and Juice Served Here. Always looking up to him, he makes the perfect addition to the Clutch BodyShop team. Most Fitness spoke to Ashely about the launch of her new line of snacks that is all highprotein, non-GMO, no sugar alcohols, no artificial ingredients and all whole-food ingredients. A delicious snack designed to bridge the gap in this area. %u201cRight now, you can either buy highprotein, low-sugar bars filled with fake, crap ingredients or natural protein bars that are loaded with low-quality protein and tons of sugar.%u201d This innovative approach will undoubtable provide a tasty and healthier alternative. %u201cThere is a ton of planning and thought put behind every single thing we create as a brand, so my expectation of it being successful is always high,%u201d says the fitness talent. Always expecting greatness, Ashley is shocked when something isn%u2019t successful. Having experienced this as well, %u201cI don%u2019t pause for a minute, I just go back to the drawing board and try to figure out why and how to fix it.%u201dHighly successful at self-branding, we asked the personal trainer about tips on promoting your brand. Quite simply she states, %u201cTwo words, %u2018do you%u2019%u201d. Often, people will try so hard to be like other people who have had success in their respective fields, but that never works because people can sniff out authenticity. The personal trainer decided early on that she was just going to be herself, 100 percent. Dress the way she wants; say the things she wants, never giving into trends >>>
