However, taking a step back, she had realized how miserable she was trying to hit bonuses and putting such immense pressure on herself, %u201cThe placing in competitions is SO subjective, and was out of [her] control.%u201d Justine exceeded her own expectations in competing and experienced an array of things, her primary goal wasn%u2019t to be the best but was to inspire her clients and become, as she said, her own %u201cwalking billboard%u201d. Nonetheless, you won%u2019t be seeing her compete back on stage as she intends on focusing on the new business ventures she has going on, finally building that empire she%u2019s been dreaming of.ince then, Justine has learned more about herself than she ever has. When she lived in New York, Justine told MOST Fitness that she %u201cdidn%u2019t have a very strong support system, and it just never felt like home%u201dto her, so moving back to Wisconsin where her family lives, was the right move. Of course, it was no coincidence that her adrenal fatigue symptoms rapidly improved once she moved home. %u201cIt felt like a veil had been lifted from my eyes, and finally I felt whole again. Back in the Midwest, I feel like I am in my element, and spending time with my family every week is priceless.%u201d As she spends more time with her family and publishing her first eBook, JustineFit Recipe, co-written by her mom, Justine isn%u2019t the only one benefitting from her move back home. Not only does her mom help with the recipes, but Justine also returns the favor by training both her parents in the gym now. Writing has been very therapeutic for her and she%u2019s extremely proud of the final product. Over the next year, she plans to be more actively blogging and wants to publish another eBook.But, what does Justine Moore do outside of her titles? She even admits to putting aside all her hobbies and entire social life for years while she was on the competing circuit. Justine considers herself a workaholic, but loves spending time with family and friends and just going out to dinner and enjoying some nice wine or craft beer %u2013 %u201cI didn%u2019t have the opportunity to eat out or drink for most of my twenties, so I really appreciate it now.%u201d Of course, she also enjoys traveling, reading, going to concerts, and cooking.
