Is that something you find to be important in fitness photography?ES: I either blur the background or use %u201crim light%u201d that highlights the edges of the model%u2019s body and hair. I do it almost all the time. FFM: When did you book your first major fitness client?ES: In the summer of 2009.FFM: Do you offer workshops, seminars, or one on one classes?ES: No, but I have been thinking about doing some workshops. I think I%u2019d have a lot to offer.FFM: What would you like to accomplish in the next five years in the fitness industry?ES: Actually, I would like to move on to other genres of photography. FFM: How big a role would you say social media plays in your marketing strategy? ES: Social media is everything! Marketing is not exactly my strength, therefore I am very grateful to Facebook and Instagram. I really never had a marketing strategy pre-social media, but my business didn%u2019t exist yet either.
