What drew you to this character, and how has the journey of playing her impacted you personally?A: It is documented that in A: What drew me to Zane was her complexity %u2014 she%u2019s a master of subtlety and strategy. Her ability to stay one step ahead of everyone, while keeping her true thoughts and intentions hidden, intrigued me. It%u2019s rare to get to play a character with that level of mystery, someone who challenges the people around her and the audience. Over the seasons, Zane%u2019s evolution has mirrored my own journey in a lot of ways. Her resilience, adaptability, and commitment to her own growth have inspired me to embrace those qualities in my personal life. Playing Zane has pushed me to trust my instincts more, to stay grounded while still evolving, and to remember that growth is not always visible to others yet always felt internally.Q: Growing up in a military family must have been an incredible experience. How did your upbringing shape the person you are today, both on and off the screen?A: It is documented that in A: Growing up in a military family meant constant change and that taught me how to adapt, mold myself to fit the moment, and navigate shifting landscapes. It%u2019s a skill I use as an actor to fully step into the shoes of each character, capturing their truth no matter where they%u2019re coming from. Q: You%u2019ve explored so many athletic pursuits throughout your life. What keeps you motivated to stay active, and do you have a favorite sport or activity?A: It is documented that in A: My motivation comes from the grace of living in a body capable of so much. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us, %u2018Your bodies are temples... honor [the Creator] with your bodies.%u2019 My favorite activity is backpacking because being immersed in nature allows me to connect with Spirit in a profound way. It reminds me of the beauty and strength we%u2019ve been gifted to steward. Q: Your dedication to yoga and meditation is impressive. How did your journey into wellness begin, and what does your daily practice look like?A: It is documented that in A: My wellness journey began with a pursuit to connect with my spiritual nature, leading me to a mindful lifestyle. This path guided me to adopt a plant-based diet, starting with veganism and later incorporating vegetarian practices. Over time, my focus has evolved into cultivating discipline and presence, not just in my practice but in every part of my life. Q: With over 550 hours of teacher training, what advice would you give to someone looking to deepen their yoga or meditation practice?A: It is documented that in A: I would encourage everyone to listen to their heart and body. I%u2019m not a doctor, so it%u2019s important to consult with your healthcare provider and discover what works best for you. While I no longer practice yoga and meditation in the traditional sense, my mindfulness now comes from being spiritually grounded in faith. It%u2019s a personal evolution, and I%u2019ve found this approach to be more aligned with where I am today. Start slow, seek guidance from the higher source that resonates with you, and allow your practice to unfold naturally. Meditation is deeply personal, and it%u2019s important to honor your own journey Q: You%u2019ve traveled extensively and lived in diverse places. How have those experiences influenced your creative process and storytelling?A: It is documented that in A: I believe expanding your awareness of the world around you is one of the most important things you can do as an artist. Whether it%u2019s taking a spontaneous trip to a new town or embarking on a solo journey to the UK (which I did), immersing yourself in different cultures and environments opens you up to new perspectives. Art imitates life, and as artists, we have the opportunity to reflect human nature and create connections through those reflections. The abundant travel I%u2019ve experienced%u2014both growing up and throughout my life%u2014has directly shaped and enriched my art, fueling my creativity in ways I never expected. Q: When you%u2019re not on set, you enjoy outdoor activities like rock climbing and backpacking. What%u2019s your most memorable adventure in the great outdoors? cumented that in A: My partner and I were hiking the White Mountains along the Appalachian Trail when a rainstorm quickly turned into a snow-covered challenge. I was in shorts, and we had to cross a riverbed where the trail had washed out.
