                                    ExclusiveInterviewQ: What inspired you to embark on your fitness journey?A: My fitness journey began with a desire to improve my health and well-being after experiencing a challenging time with body image and self-confidence. I realized that transforming my body could positively impact my mind and spirit, creating a holistic change. This motivated me to start, and I%u2019ve never looked back. Q: What was the turning point in your transformation?A: The turning point came when I truly committed to making fitness a lifestyle, not just a temporary fix. Once I set my mind on creating lasting change, everything began to shift. I started to see that with dedication, consistency, and a strong belief in myself, I could accomplish so much more than I ever thought possible.  Q: How did you go from being a mom to becoming a global fitness icon?A: Balancing motherhood with fitness was a challenge, but it also fueled my determination. I wanted to set an example for my kids, showing them that with hard work and passion, you can achieve your dreams. Sharing my story resonated with others, and from there, my career blossomed. Q: What motivated you to write your books, like The Mind, Body, and Soul Diet?A: I wanted to share my journey and insights with others who might be struggling. My goal has always been to empower others to find balance in all areas of life. The Mind, Body, and Soul Diet focuses on a holistic approach, which I believe is essential for true transformation  Q: How do you stay motivated after achieving so much success?A: Success is a journey, not a destination. I keep setting new goals and focus on helping others achieve their transformations.
