AS A CHILD, SUNNY RECEIVED A SCHOLARSHIP FOR HER TALENT IN PLAYING THE VIOLIN, VIOLA, AND PIANO, WHICH DEVELOPED HER LOVE FOR THE ARTS. THEN WITH NO PREVIOUS TRAINING, AND BATTLING AGAINST THOUSANDS OF OTHERS SHE BECAME A FINALIST FOR BBC%u2019S CROSSCOUNTRY SEARCH FOR ACTING TALENT. TEHMINA BEGAN ACTING IN SCHOOL PRODUCTIONS FROM THAT POINT ON, WORKING TO DEVELOP HER PASSION.Coming from an Indian family it was expected that Tehmina pursue a life based in academia, which would provide her with a more stable future. Tehmina went to school in England, at the University of Leeds, where she graduated with honors in business studies and marketing. Her focus was Business Information Systems with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science. When asked why shechose Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Sunny says, %u201cI am happy to admit that I am rather a geek and I think I always will be.%u201d She had a passion for computers that developed at a young age, fascinated by the rapid evolving changes that led us to computers today. Artificial Intelligence was a subject that boggled her mind, and Tehmina felt very intrigued to study and learn more about it.
