Starting her career in emergency medicine, Anna quickly found her passion extended beyond just physical health. Motivated by this discovery, she returned to school to complete a post-master%u2019s degree in psychiatry. Now, based in Vermont, Anna is preparing to open her own psychiatry practice, where she will guide both athletes and non-athletes through daily struggles, offering a holistic approach to mental health with therapy and, when needed, medication. In an industry where mental health is often stigmatized, especially in bodybuilding, Anna and her IFBB family have been working diligently to reduce that stigma.
