MOST Magazine had the opportunity to showcase Ashley%u2019s talents and stunning physique in one of our very earliest issues, and now we get the chance to discover just how much Ashely has achieved since then and where she is going as the most decorated IFBB Pro athlete with 49 career wins in the Bikini Pro division.Gifted photographers and artists who know the right settings, angles, and lighting are essential to capturing and showcasing the hard work that a pro athlete and competitor puts in to achieve bodies that defy logic and light up our pages. That%u2019s why we are thrilled to chat with a few of these photographers in this issue including George Kontaxis, Mak Freeman, and Ray Urner. Now, as for how these athletes achieve such perfection? Sheer determination is one ingredient, but you also need coaches who know the ropes. MOST Magazine has an exclusive with the founder of Team Elite Physique, Adam Bonilla, who built his company in 2000 and turned it into what is now widely regarded as one of the top coaching teams in the industry. If you needed some inspiration to hit the gym, look no further than this issue! In addition to Ashley, we have some other fitness icons flexing their muscles on our pages, including Stan McQuay who has been a fixture in the bodybuilding world for over 25 years. Another well-seasoned competitor that we chat with this month is Lexa Stahl, who has a passion for strengthening not only her body, but her mind and spirit as well. Many competitors were athletes growing up who desired to find a way to cultivate that competitive spirit, and for 3x World Champion, Natalie Hays, her journey started on the basketball court before she found her true calling. Not only do we get to highlight athletes who have been in the industry awhile and can teach us all a thing or two about fitness, but we feature a rising star in the IFBB Pro League, and that is Mandy Urner. Consider her %u201cone to watch.%u201d To round out this incredible issue, we have fitness models Bailey Istace, Sporty Kristina at the Beach, Ashley Moates, and Tammie Skiles.Hopefully you were on the treadmill while reading through this issue, but if not, that%u2019s ok! Simply use our models and competitors as inspiration and motivation to get moving, be active, and eat healthy! Thanks for tuning in, and we will see you in the next issue!Associate EditorDarcy MehtaMOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 51 05
