Q: What equipment do you use, and do you have any favorite tools or accessories?A: I primarily use Canon cameras and lenses, complemented by Profoto lighting when necessary. One of my favorite tools is the barn door light modifier, which allows me to achieve unique effects, particularly on walls, adding depth and dimension to my shots.Q: What role does post-processing play in your work, and what software do you prefer?A: Post-processing is essential for achieving a polished look while preserving the natural essence of the images. I prefer using Capture One and Photoshop for editing. My sister, a Photoshop expert, has been instrumental in teaching me the intricacies of post-processing. I believe in subtle enhancements that maintain the authenticity of the subject, rather than heavy retouching, which can detract from the overall feel of the image.Q: Can you talk about a project or series you%u2019re particularly proud of?A: One project that stands out is %u201cBritain%u2019s Next Top Model.%u201d It was an incredible opportunity to work on such a prestigious show and contribute to shaping the narratives and visuals that captivated audiences. Unlike my usual projects, where the focus is primarily on capturing images, a TV show requires significant emphasis on communication and coordination.
