In 1989, Judy graduated from Kutztown University and began her photography career at Hess%u2019s department store, capturing everything from china to jewelry to bed linens. Her journey into pet, equine, and zoo photography was sparked by her involvement in the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) print competition. This newfound interest led her to contribute her finished works to fundraising efforts, including silent auctions at the Lehigh Valley Zoo%u2019s annual Gala, where she now serves on the Gala Committee board.Animal conservation is a deep passion for Judy. Each year, she creates a fine art calendar to raise funds for the zoo, highlighting her dedication to this cause. Judy also shares her expertise nationwide, teaching others how to create art that supports local zoos. Her studio specializes in pet and equine photography, offering both on-location and in-studio sessions for pets. Her work includes digital mixed media paintings and fairytale composites of pets and horses, blending her technical skills with her artistic vision.Horses hold a special place in Judy%u2019s heart. She conducts seminars on photographing and creating fine art equine portraits, a practice that has gained her national attention.
