Growing up, I was very slim, and I was determined to build curves through developing muscle in my lower body. It was my biggest insecurity, but through fitness, I have transformed it into my biggest strength.Q: How did you feel the moment you won your first Bikini World Championship?Winning my first Bikini World Championship was an indescribable feeling of happiness and accomplishment. It was the culmination of years of hard work and truly the most self-rewarding moment on that stage! Winning the title a second time was absolutely amazing!Q: What%u2019s the most challenging aspect of competing in bikini competitions?The most challenging aspect is maintaining a perfect balance between rigorous training, strict dieting, and everyday life. It requires a lot of discipline, focus, and mental strength to stay on track despite the many obstacles life presents.Q: Can you share a memorable experience from your journey to becoming a world champion?One memorable experience was my first competition where I was awarded my pro status. The energy and support from the fitness community were top-notch, and it really solidified my passion for competing. That event was a turning point in my journey and allowed me to gain more credibility in the fitness industry, positively impacting my career as a women%u2019s fitness coach.Q: How do you stay motivated during intense training sessions?I stay motivated by setting clear, achievable goals and reminding myself of how far I%u2019ve come. Surrounding myself with positive, like-minded individuals and reflecting on my progress also helps keep my motivation high. However, I always keep in mind the power of consistency over motivation, as motivation isn%u2019t always present, but consistency is key.Q: What%u2019s your favorite aspect of the bikini competition lifestyle?My favorite aspect is the ability to push my physical and mental abilities like no other! Being on prep truly tests you and promotes growth in many areas, not just physically.Q: How do you stay disciplined with your diet and nutrition?Staying disciplined with my diet and nutrition involves careful planning, meal prepping, and having a strong support system. I am blessed to have my fianc%u00e9, Roy Benitez, by my side. He knows the sport and has gone through it himself. His support is one of the main reasons I am able to stay disciplined. I also focus on the long-term benefits and how good I feel when I fuel my body with the right nutrients.Q: What%u2019s your favorite cheat meal or indulgence after a competition?
