                                    Q: There are a lot of programs out there focusing on physique and others on strength. Is there a happy middle ground where you can gain strength and a stage performing physique?There is so much information out there and so many gurus want to be on YouTube and online that honestly makes people more confused than actually helping them. Of course, there is a middle ground where you can win both. But it really depends on the person%u2019s age, health, how active they are, and if they have any health issues. I am an example of this. I have never had an off season and have let my body go out of control. The most I had to diet for a show was 8 weeks and that was the universe, muslmania where I won 1st place. I am around 6-8% body fatQ: If there were absolutely no gyms on the planet, what five exercises would you do in order to build or maintain your physique?I would have to say 1. push-ups. 2. Burpees 3. pull-ups 4. Triceps dips, 5. squatsQ: How do you prepare yourself mentally for a competition or for a major project?I%u2019m always Using Visualization To Train my Brain, Mental Rehearsal For Confidence, Unleashing The Power Of my Breath, by making daily breath. Taking Control Of my Thoughts With Self-Talk. Learning to focus on the process, and most importantly, is to learn to trust yourself.
