Q: What are the other film projects you%u2019re work- ing on?Currently, we%u2019re in development on %u201cScarcity,%u201d a biopic of Sir Daniel%u2019s life from a war orphan in Vietnam to a successful artist and philanthropist of global proportions. It%u2019s a project that has soci- etal significance beyond simply being a biography. It speaks to potential and possibility, to reconcili- ation and renewal, and to the idea that no matter the circumstances of one%u2019s origin, there are no limits to what can be achieved.%u201cScarcity%u201d will be released in both the U.S. and Vietnam in late 2025, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the end of the war in Vietnam.Q: As a philanthropist, how do you integrate your passion for art with charitable endeavors?Having come from a background of poverty and insufficiency and risen to a position where I%u2019m surrounded by wealth and opulence, I%u2019m keenly aware of economic disparity in modern society.I%u2019m also keenly aware of the desire among many of the wealthy to make a difference in the world, to leave something behind other than a number in a bank account. Fine art collectors are people of means who desire to experience something beyond material satisfaction %u2013 that%u2019s what draws them to art. I%u2019ve found tremendous support among my cus- tomers to participate in philanthropic efforts to make the world a better place, whether that%u2019s by feeding the hungry or transitioning a significant piece of art from a private collection, seen by only a privileged few, to a museum or public collection where it can be experienced by the interested masses. After all, the highest purpose of art is to make the world a better place for everyone who lives in it.AmericanEntrepreneur &Fine Art DealerMY JOURNEY INTO THE WORLD OF FINE ART WAS BOTH UNEXPECTED AND, PERHAPS, INEVITABLE.EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEWBY: RICK KRUSKY38 MOST MAGAZINE - ISSUE 40
