In fact, Christmas says that writing the book was very relaxing, especially because she gets to spend some extra time in the kitchen. She loves to cook and create recipes, which led to the inspiration for her writing. In addition to cooking, Christmas loves to spend time with her dog, Fran, and being outdoors.Abbott%u2019s seminars are selling out across the nation and give others the chance to make healthy and positive decisions when it comes to their lives. Abbott says her favorite part of her new seminar is called %u201cThe Body Review%u201d. In this section, Abbott teaches people how to see food differently, and to not get clouded and confused at the overwhelming information that can be involved in nutrition. When it comes to Abbott%u2019s own diet, she says she follows the exact strategies she lays out in her book. A few of Abbott%u2019s role models include Nicole Carroll and Annie Sakamoto, who were in the first CrossFit video Christmas had seen. She says that their petite yet powerhouse figures resonated with her. Christmas continues to push boundaries and she says she never wants to look back and think that she could have done something more. Living life to full potential and willing to take a step out of your comfortable threshold is something that Christmas advocates. As far as other sources of inspiration, she loves hearing people%u2019s personal testimonies, even the ones in her life. Abbott says that watching her mother %u201ckick cancer%u2019s booty%u201d was an amazing feeling.Abbott continues to push herself each and every day. In addition, through her seminars and constant interactions with people, she urges others to make the same push. Abbott is not only a fitness superstar, but also a role model on how to make the most out of each and every day.
