If you haven%u2019t, then you%u2019ll catch on pretty quickly. She currently has 75.4 thousand devoted twitter followers and is a fan favorite on Bravo%u2019s Married to Medicine. As a former medical sales representative who balances reality television with her own business, Quad is taking the world by storm.%u201cI stay true to myself,%u201d she says about working on the show. %u201cI don%u2019t put on any airs for the camera.%u201d While maintaining her sense of self is an important aspect of Quad%u2019s life, she also knows that sometimes her words and actions can be taken out of context. %u201cI%u2019m part of an ensemble cast, therefore the viewers don%u2019t always have the opportunity to see who I am entirely. Sometimes they don%u2019t see the back story of situations or the history of why relationships have changed.%u201dAnd it%u2019s not all smooth sailing. %u201cI can tell you reality TV isn%u2019t easy!%u201d She says. %u201cIn fact, it%u2019s one of the most challenging things I%u2019ve done thus far.%u201d Part of what makes it such a challenge is the way the cast is forced to communicate with each other. %u201cIn real life%u00a0if you%u2019re having an issue with a person, you can choose not to engage in their company anymore. However, in reality TV and being a part of an ensemble cast you%u2019re forced%u00a0to be around those you don%u2019t care to spend time with.%u201d Quad also explains her state of mind when it comes to working on the show. %u201cI definitely feel that while you%u2019re on a reality TV show. It%u2019s not wise to%u00a0trust anyone,%u201dshe says. %u201cThere%u2019s someone always gunning for%u00a0you when you%u2019re on the%u00a0top.
