When beginning a new project, Yudin usually goes with a plan of what he wants to produce; however, there%u2019s always a story behind every vision. With Generation Iron being Yudin%u2019s most successful film, the filmmaker was just as curious as his audience since bodybuilding is an uncommon sport. Yudin states that, %u201cIt always helps to be an outsider looking in. This way, you create an objective piece that both the bodybuilding world and the audience members can enjoy and appreciate%u201d. Though Yudin does not use social media himself, he has done well at staying connected to his audiences. After the documentary Generation Iron soared, Yudin didn%u2019t plan on expanding his supporters although when he saw the opportunity to build their continuous fan base once it was clearly presented.
