While we were walking through the dessert looking for some nice vehicles or objects, a sandstorm started suddenly, and we thought this is it. You could not even see one meter in front of you, but then the sun started to come out intermittently, and we shot in those short moments when we had sun. In the background you could still see the sandstorm, and the short moments of sun gave us perfect lighting for the images. It was the end of the day which brought my favorite images from the Burning Man shoot.%u201dMichael Muenzing has spent most of his professional life as a director and producer in music. Born and educated in Frankfurt, Germany he grew up traveling the world as part of a family that produced world syndicated music. His trademark during the 1990s was a danceable, keyboard-drum pop sound that blended musical styles such as funk, house, and hip hop. Together with his partner Luca Anzilotti, he created the project SNAP in the 90%u2019s and songs like %u201cThe Power%u201d and %u201cRhythm is a Dancer%u201d peaked at #1 on both the US Billboard and UK Single Charts. %u201cRhythm is a Dancer%u201d was the top selling record in Europe in 1992. Since 1990 SNAP has sold over 20 million albums and 100 million singles worldwide. Michael has been honored with numerous music awards like Echo, Ascap Songwriter of the Year, and earned more than 200 Platinum and Gold Records and many other dance music awards around the world. Besides music, his other great passion has always been for constructing emotional images, which he accomplishes through photography, and he has shot everything from advertising and fashion, to portraits and places all over the globe.Location: Burning Man Festival, Black Rock Desert / Nevada USA
