We have our very own champions here at MOST Magazine, two of them graduated from the University of Washington recently, Brian Price and Mayelee Watts. We are featuring soon to be champions in our new competition %u201c10 MOST Fit Bodies%u201d. And finally, professional champions, we are proud to feature a two-time Ms. Figure Olympia, a former Miss Arizona, a WBFF Diva Bikini Pro, and a Fitness America Champion. As you can see, we have an affinity for talking about champions, raising them and even maybe a hand in developing them. Our cover champ is Lindsey Morgan. The beautiful Ms. Morgan can be seen as Raven on the tv series The 100. Read how she incorporates her acting with her love of fitness, who inspires her and some advice for her followers about living a healthy lifestyle. The two-time Ms. Figure Olympia, Erin Stern impressed us on many levels. She is a gentle powerhouse that inspires thousands. She shared her definition of herself, several exercise tips, and some family stories. Danielle Demski still has the poise and beauty that won her the Miss Arizona crown. She now leverages these attributes behind a microphone as a tv host of Fit to Hit for the Tennis Channel. Sharon Polsky creator of the first Pole Fitness teacher training program in the US talks about her love of travel, motivation, and accomplishments. We also have some champion fitness models. The eloquent Samantha Baker talks with our Elizabeth Price. Ms. Baker%u2019s success in her professional life as a model and trainer are only upstaged by her joy when talking about her husband and her pit bull. Our other pro fitness model is Joe Thomas. Check out his legs, I do not think it is necessary to add words. Those are some muscles that speak for themselves. And please do not miss the champion yoga poses we have included. We are also pleased to announce we have brought on a new champion of a writer, Alisha Perkins. She will have a regular running column.And as we work to develop champion readers here at MOST, you%u2019ll find tips from several of our champions in this issue. We have Everyday Fitness and Health Tips, Quick Tips for Healthy Eating, and Tips to Get Ready for Bikini Season. So, take us along to the beach, gym, and your vacation.
