Samantha began by training herself, learning by trial and error, reading as much as possible, and asking questions from peers. So far Samantha has participated in photo shoots for magazines such as Iron Man, Flex, Muslce & Fitness, Planet Muscle and more. Samantha does glamor, figure, and fitness photo shoots. She enjoys all photo shoots, without preference toward a specific type. Although she keeps a rigorous exercise regime, Samantha%u2019s routine varies if she is preparing for a show, a photo shoot, or just everyday life. Samantha incorporates cardio training, weight training, and boxing and sparring into her routine when she can. %u201cI like to keep my body guessing; that%u2019s when you see change, and you can%u2019t see change if you stay in the same routine day in and day out.%u201d Samantha has her favorite types of training but enjoys stepping outside of her comfort zone to try new things whenever possible. Out of all the numerous photo shoots that Samantha has done her favorite location is Jamaica. Every place in Jamaica could be a background for a photo shoot. With such a busy lifestyle, Samantha had to get used to exercising while traveling, after some time she is now able to perfect a routine while on the go. It is best to have a gym picked out ahead of time, or there is always the hotel gym if options are limited. As she puts it, %u201cSometimes you just have to get imaginative but you can always get a workout in!%u201dSamantha has put an enormous amount of effort into maintaining her fitness and strives to help others reach their fitness goals as well.
