I don%u2019t make excuses after giving birth; I recovered my body. That%u2019s why I%u2019m happy to help people make goals to achieve a happy, healthy body. Any sport requires perseverance, effort, and continuity. We are not always motivated to get the gear on and go to the field to practice. It is in those moments that we need a good motive to push us forward and encourage us to stay healthy. I provide that motivation for my clients and friends. I try to put myself as an example because in this world, %u201cEverything is possible%u201d and we can%u2019t make the excuses that we are mothers, or we are busy all day. My workouts don%u2019t take more than 40 minutes, and are only 5 days a week. My secret is my diet. Today I keep myself fit 365 days with only 10% body fat, and I eat healthy every day. Every day is a new beginning. When I lose all my excuses: that%u2019s when I start to find my results.
