Susan Hoff is a dynamic leader whose career spans from the boardroom to the vineyards of Napa Valley and the world of competitive fitness. After building a distinguished 30-year career at Best Buy (NYSE: BBY), where she served as Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer (CCO), Susan co-founded Fantesca Estate & Winery on Spring Mountain in Napa Valley with her husband, Duane, in 2004. Today, Fantesca produces nearly 5,000 cases of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon annually.
